Our Holiday Home
We offer you a beautiful large vacation home (160m²) - centrally located in Neustift- MILDERS, in a family atmosphere for self-catering. Whether for hiking or skiing, our house is an ideal starting point for any activities in the entire valley. Here you can spend beautiful, undisturbed vacation days in the circle of your family and friends. The house is at your disposal only. Our Ferienhaus Stubai offers you space on 2 floors: (maximum 12 people in 6 bedrooms), a large kitchen (fully equipped) and a cozy lounge for TV or game evenings.
In summer (end of May - mid October), the Stubai Super Card is included during your stay. With it, you get free admission to the cable cars and many other advantages.
Equipment
- The rooms are furnished in a functional and neat way
- 4 double rooms and 1 single room (one additional bed) each with shower/WC, 1 additional small double room only with a washbasin, offers altogether place for up to 12 persons.
- On the ground floor is our beautiful new kitchen, fully equipped with plenty of dishes and everything you need for cooking, fridge / freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle.
- Next to the kitchen is a large, cozy living room with satellite TV. There you can gather for sociable evenings or retire for a reading hour.
- Our house has a large balcony on the 1st floor and a small one in one room on the 2nd
- In the cellar, there is a boot dryer for 10 pairs, so that you will have dry and warm ski or hiking boots in the morning.
- Outside there is a garden with tables and chairs. The parking area has space for 4 cars.
